The agreement includes helpdesk access and a tiered support structure: Level 1 handles network, OS, hardware, and database issues; Level 2 resolves application configuration and functional problems; and Level 3 addresses complex code or database issues. This model ensures faster resolution, improved uptime, and consistent support for mission-critical systems.
