Despite new pressures, CIOs still balance traditional IT duties with driving AI initiatives—75% expect to spend more time on AI in 2025. Staffing shortages, especially for AI/ML roles, remain a major challenge, yet CIOs are optimistic and central to AI-driven enterprise growth.
