The region reported the lowest rate of weekly high-impact outages in Europe and a median hourly outage cost of $1.3M. Over half of respondents saw improvements in system reliability, MTTD, and MTTR. Security, governance, and compliance were key adoption drivers. With a 4x median ROI, 37% received $5M+ in value. Tool consolidation is a priority, as only 9% use a single tool today. Future plans focus on AIOps, ML model monitoring, and distributed tracing.
