A survey of 400 HR and business leaders in the US and UK reveals generative AI's potential to tackle key challenges like talent retention, staff well-being, and upskilling, which are top priorities for 2024. While 76% struggle to create training materials due to resource constraints, 86% already use generative AI for tasks like gamifying courses (58%) and developing assessments (53%). Barriers include concerns over data security (44%), job displacement (52%), and lack of skills to maximize AI's benefits (69%). Despite this, 77% would adopt AI more if outputs were authenticated and easier to use, signaling its critical role in meeting rising L&D demands.
