WHAT PROBLEM DOES CALL TRACKING SOLVE? Bill owns a dental office that relies heavily on how often the telephone rings and what the caller on the other end needs from his practice. Each of those phone calls represents revenue opportunities for Bill and his team. These opportunities are chances to book appointments, schedule procedures, and set consultations. When Bill is able to convert more of these phone opportunities, he sees a direct correlation with increased profits. Let’s keep this story going for a minute and explain how call tracking measures marketing. Bill has two different marketing campaigns. The first is a direct mailer he is sending to prospective patients. At the top of his mailer it says, “Call us to schedule an appointment!”
