AGENTIC AI PLAYBOOK
Agentic AI marks a shift from passive assistants to autonomous systems capable of reasoning, planning, and acting. These agents combine large language models, tools, and instructions to perform complex tasks. The playbook outlines levels of agentic intelligence (0–4), orchestration patterns (single-agent, multi-agent, collaborative), and emerging protocols like MCP, A2A, and ACP. It stresses the need for strong guardrails, modular design, and secure deployment. Organizations are advised to build “Agent Factories” to experiment and scale responsibly while aligning technical maturity with real business needs.
