Six strategies stand out: make it easy for developers to secure apps with self-service tools and reusable code; foster collaboration through security champions, CoEs, and embedded experts; hold workshops to break barriers and share insights; train developers to think like attackers using real-world breach scenarios; embed security into Agile and DevOps methods with automation and incremental improvements; and pursue quick wins such as securing secrets in Jenkins or during cloud migrations. These steps build trust, reduce risk, and strengthen secure development practices.
