In a recent survey conducted by Nintex, 71% of companies (with 500+ employees) reported struggling with multiple, conflicting processes and/or various workflow systems that are disconnected. It’s therefore no surprise that nearly 50% of employees surveyed say many of the processes within their organization do not work effectively. For most, it’s the cost of development time and resources that an IT team typically spends to plan, code, test and deploy a custom solution. 77% of companies we surveyed say that they can’t automate processes on their own because they are reliant on IT or operations departments to automate tasks.
