Yerbury Home School in Islington is a two-form entry school for children aged 3-11. The school is set amongst three playgrounds which are more often than not full of school children during break times. The fundraising efforts to develop the play park were led by the Yerbury Home School Association; cake sales, quiz nights, and public auctions were held to help raise funds for the play space. We developed a multi -phase schematic master plan for the site which included a bespoke climbing unit in the main playground and a learning circle and trim trail which leads around to a larger football/activity area in the back playground.
