Spread over six floors above ground and two below ground, the new building includes gallery space, education and studio facilities, art-handling spaces, a restaurant, special events areas, and a museum shop. A large terrace affording fantastic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline will be used for exhibitions and events. Turner handled construction management for the project.
