THE RESULTS THE RESULTS Mead primarily hoped to increase engagement and conversions. She wanted to educate the community about the value Whitby provides. The perfect place to test the potential bene ts of interactive content was the school’s employee recruitment page. Mead created a quiz called “Are You a Rock Star or a Robot?” that asked potential Whitby faculty questions like “Do your big ideas keep you up at night?” The quiz both helped job applicants educate themselves about the school’s mission and created a feedback loop of data from potential new hires.
