In fact, he'd already been involved in the creation and sale of a successful software business, Exonet Business Software. After the company was sold to MYOB, he was looking for a new challenge. “[I was] gleefully unemployed, and I had to think about what was next, because we'd done a lot of accounting software, and we'd been doing that for many, many years,” says Carr. “We just thought, ‘Well, ecommerce is going to be the next thing; over the next 15, 20 years, it will be a really interesting space.’” So, Carr began creating Web Ninja, an Australian web–based
