The customer is a municipal water utility company based in Texas that provides water supply, wastewater treatment, chilled water, and steam to a number of municipalities and utilities. It currently employs around 2,000 people and operates roughly the same amount of endpoint systems, most of which run Windows 7 or Windows 10.
