Project Summary For a leading global technology manufacturer, Miebach Consulting benchmarked five warehouses to identify areas of improvement and provide an objective view on selected operations, e.g. picking and packing. The project had to be completed within two weeks. To evaluate the warehouse productivity, the analyzed KPIs were compared against each other and with a benchmark database. The identified areas of improvement were categorized in short- and long-term measures and documented in a detailed roadmap.
