CASE STUDIES MUNICIPAL Village of Southampton LEED Gold Certification New Hampton Roads Fire House Southampton, NY Under the direction of the Architect, Ashley McGraw Architects, Lizardos prepared contract drawings for the new 15,000sf firehouse. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection disciplines. The drawings were prepared in Revit as part of a building information model (BIM). The project was designed for LEED® Gold certification. Electrical design included 800A electric service at 480V. Included with the service is 150kW emergency generator providing complete power for facility upon loss of utility power. Additional systems included fire alarm, public address, lighting control and security. The HVAC systems were designed to include three gas-fired condensing boilers. Aerco
