UKG is very user friendly and easily accessible wherever you are. It’s great for my coworkers and me. I highly recommend it for payroll services alone. One benefit is tracking paid time off through various means. Some employees have general paid time off whereas some still have paid vacation/sick/personal days. It’s really great to be able to utilize it for both.
