Urban Hotel Group gets connected with MICROS & SiteMinder The Urban Hotel Group, owned by Erdigroup, became an independent hotel chain in July 2009. Based in Melbourne, the group includes three hotels – St Kilda (80 rooms), Brisbane (179 rooms) and St Leonards in Sydney (100 rooms). The formation of the Urban Hotel Group provided an opportunity to review the hotels’ systems and processes. For the Brisbane and St Leonards hotels, that meant adopting the OPERA PMS system the St Kilda hotel had been using for around a year.
