University of Gloucestershire Consolidating our reputation within the education sector, Derwent FM secured this contract for facilities management services at the University of Gloucestershire’s new Pittville campus. In partnership with the University, Derwent Living and Bouygues UK, (Uliving), we helped to manage the refurbishment of 218 existing student bedrooms. At the same time, the University constructed 576 new units designed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard; Derwent FM’s expertise proved integral to the design process.
