Lin International (TYLI) prepared a complete, multi-disciplinary design engineering, program management, and construction management package for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, for a 2MW diesel generator power plant at the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) at the Barnes Road Naval Activity (formerly Roosevelt Roads Naval Station) in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. Services included technical and environmental analysis, plans, specifications, and permit applications. The generators are used to provide standby and prime power to eight, campus-style USARC buildings at the Barnes Road site.
