1 MULTIFILMCS05/11 Project Summary Two TransAm Plaza is a five-story, 117,717 -square-foot, all-electric building located in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. The structure was built it 1983 and has been owned and managed by BROE Real Estate Services of IL, LLC since February 2005. In its continuing effort to maintain energy efficiency, BROE investigated ways to measure the building’s overall energy use and benchmark the data against other buildings.
