Timelines were very tight and certain contractual clauses with the incumbents needed to be resolved. Gibbs quickly ascertained the requirements and made arrangements to meet individuals to ensure that they were aware of what would be happening and what to expect, along with ensuring that the compliance requirements being achieved. Despite various changes during the discovery phase, the transition occurred over 1 weekend and Gibbs were happy to report that risk to business was mitigated and Team were up and running on the Monday (including overseas).
