The collaboration aimed to position FPT Software as a global leader in the cloud and AI sectors, empowering its workforce with cutting-edge skills. The program, featuring hands-on projects and personalized mentorship, saw 86% of learners completing the courses, with 95% increasing their proficiency. As a result, 75% applied new skills in their roles, and 54% transitioned into new roles. The initiative enhanced performance and reduced the need for new hires.
