Tinytag data loggers are used during meat processing and cooking to help verify cooking times and temperatures.
York House (Meat Products) Ltd manufactures meat based products & has used Tinytag data loggers for many years as a key part of its quality control procedures. They are used to achieve key temperature control standards, primarily to verify cooking times and temperatures to ensure products are cooked to pasteurisation requirements. As this is a CCP (Critical Control Point) it is imperative that proven and reliable equipment is used. They liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure written specifications for incoming materials and outgoing finished products are completed in detail. This involves analysing the recorded data so that cooking times and/or temperature of the product can be adjusted to ensure pasteurisation requirements are met.
