Tietoevry partnered with Kanari to migrate over 20,000 devices to Microsoft Intune using Kanari’s DEX service powered by Riverbed Aternity. The goal was to modernize their digital workplace while maintaining a seamless employee experience. An automated process addressed migration delays, especially for 5,500 devices with complex dependencies, by enabling user-scheduled reinstallations and daily reminders. The solution reduced manual work, cut migration time by nine months, and saved the equivalent productivity of two full-time employees. It also improved IT efficiency, security, and user satisfaction by consolidating to a single endpoint management system.
