Case Study Three New Bailey, Salford Project Name Three New Bailey, Salford Commenced June 2018 Duration 14 Weeks – Phased Works The Project Three New Bailey is a 157,000sq ft office development at New Bailey. Scope The scope of works is broken down into the following sections: - Site strip All tarmac and cobbles will be removed from site. This will leave a layer of ash which the cobbles had been laid on. The ash will be reduced to natural ground, storing on site until a later date. During this process Asbestos was found in the ground so a specialist company will come in and remove it. Asbestos Removal A specialist Asbestos removal company will be employed to safely remove all Asbestos from site prior to works proceeding. Archaeology
