The Westin Nanchang Hotel A World-Class Hotel Influenced by the Rich History of Jiangxi Our design draws inspiration from the rich history of the Jiangxi province and the distinct entrepreneurial spirit of its people. The atrium embodies the hotel’s unique design by offering a contemporary interpretation of the siheyuan, a traditional Chinese courtyard house. The siheyuan historically has represented the collective, mercantile essence of Jiangxi’s people by serving as the focus for trade and the exchange of ideas. In this Westin hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2019, 13 floors of guestrooms will surround this central atrium.Open-air passageways offer common views to the courtyard garden.
