Introduction London Borough of Camden required technical and independent expertise to provide a clear direction on their energy saving programme. IE were able to deliver this without a vested interest in suppliers or contractors. IE had previously been involved with assessing RE:FIT schemes for a contractor in Camden and from this, Camden invited IE to become directly involved in the future energy savings projects.
