It also included the spectator gymnasiums with 40’ high ICF walls, two cafetoriums with 35’ tall walls and a performing art center with compound curved ICF wall. • It is the first educational project anywhere too utilize ICF construction for the entire structural wall system of the building, both interior and exterior bearing walls. • T o compliment the energy efficiency of the ICF structure, the facility has a super-insulated roof system and dual stage compressors in the geothermal heat pumps for added efficiency.
