The completion of Technology Centre for St Lawrence College. We were appointed in to act as designer, project manager and contract administrators for the independent school, St Lawrence College Ramsgate, to assist with their new Science, Art and Design Technology Centre. How we helped We developed the planning drawing, put together the project team, tender the works and managed the project through to completion. We dealt with all the specification, specialist laboratory equipment and furniture, cost control and day-to-day project management. Phase 1 included the excavation and reduction of the site area requiring the ground to be reduced by 6m in depth and the removal of approximately 10,000m of ground.
