Cluttons were instructed by a global investment bank in the City of London as project and cost managers to deliver the restack of their HQ and the refurbishment of the management floor. Outcome As project and cost managers we oversaw the creation of a new 20,000 sq ft management suite including new cellular offices for the CEO, 10 main board members, 15 directors and their support staff. The suite included a new main board room with the latest AV technology. In addition the restack involved moving circa 3000 staff over seven floors of the HQ building in multiple interlinked phases, works included partition and associated services relocation, work station and trading desk moves.
