2008 Big12® Development Conference The Big12® Development Conference The Big 12® Development Conference is an annual opportunity for university development professionals in The Big 12® Conference to gather, network, and share ideas and strategies. The conference has met since 1994 with a different member institution hosting the conference each year. The college or university hosting the conference is responsible for the complete program including speakers, facilities, registration, and exhibitors. Tasks for the conference are spread amongst the staff at the hosting institution.
