Using Cisco IR829 IoT Gateways and Meraki Smart Cameras, they reduced mobile data costs, improved maintenance targeting, and enhanced customer privacy. Edge computing allowed local data processing, minimizing cloud reliance and enabling scalable deployment across fleets. The solution delivered actionable insights into customer behavior and asset conditions, improving total cost of ownership and operational agility, paving the way for a smarter, integrated transport system.
