Texas Family Fitness (TFF) is a fitness company with 10 locations in North Texas. TFF is driven by the mission to enhance lives in the communities they serve through an affordable, first-class fitness experience. With this mission in mind, TFF improved its member experience through better training services and support. In April 2019, the company aimed to re-engage former members to promote their enhanced member experience and win back their business.
