Summary: The client was in need of project management resources to lead the implementation of IT/Networking Infrastructure Solutions for the client’ s Campus 2. There had been delays with the building project back in the spring of 2015 and a new general contractor was brought in. Delays and overrunning costs resulted in a big push to get the implementation completed. T aos was engaged to provide expertise and drive the project to completion. Solution: T aos deployed a team of skilled project managers with deep expertise in the IT/Networking work associated with the construction and building of the client’ s Campus 2 site.
