Syracuse Convention Center Hotel Impact Analysis Syracuse, New York The County of Onondoga wished to add a hotel component to the Oncenter Convention Complex. The Complex is situated in downtown Syracuse and consists of three adjoining venues that include exhibition space as well as a 1,000-space parking garage. Following a market analysis, the County recognized that a 350-room attached first class hotel facility would aid in the community’s ability to attract competitive events.
