Cluttons planning and regeneration team have a long history of working on this site for the Central Foundation Girls School in Tower Hamlets, beginning with representations made in 2004 on behalf of the school with reference to Tower Hamlets Unitary Development Plan (UDP), their Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) and their Core Strategy DPD. More recently we have provided planning consultancy services for the redevelopment of the existing Grade II listed school building located within a conservation area into 36 residential apartments. Outcome The application was a revision of an unsuccessful application submitted for 49 units in 2011.
