THE CLIENT Our client is a private equity start-up firm based within the London’s West End, investing in the Business Services Sector. Their business focuses on acquiring companies that operate within markets that offer solid current or long-term profit potential. They typically invest in the United Kingdom and closed their first fund in in 2018. THE CHALLENGE When introduced to our client, they were a new start-up company with three only members of staff.
