Creating hexahedral meshes and simulation-ready models was time-consuming and expertise-intensive. By implementing a fully automated workflow in Altair HyperWorks, STARCO enabled designers to generate meshes and set up simulations independently. The solution reduced model setup time from hours to minutes and achieved up to 97% lead time reduction. As a result, STARCO saved approximately 800 engineering hours annually while maintaining high quality standards and accelerating product development.
