Stanford Hoover Pavilion Renovation Overview Stanford Hospital & Clinics is renovating the Hoover Pavilion building, a 5-story medical facility totaling 85,000 sf. TEECOM provided security, audiovisual, and telecommunication systems for the project. The building’s primary post- renovation function will be as a medical office building that houses Stanford Clinics and Stanford Community Physicians, including labs, support spaces, andfood service. Though this building is not currently listed on the California Register of Historic Places, the renovation will be designed to comply with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Properties.
