The construction below the windows on each floor consisted of brick slips mounted on a prefabricated board. The brick slips were becoming loose and falling off in places, causing the water ingress and presenting a potential danger to the office workers below. Flexcrete Monolevel 844SP, a cementitious repair mortar, was used to flush point the brick slips and hold them in place.
