This modern technology wood has undergone a process called acetylation which permanently modifies the chemical structure producing durability and dimensional stability exceeding that of even the best tropical hardwood. Nicholson was approached by cladding contractor Wiehag about using the IFP Integrated Fixing Point as the interface to connect the Accoya cladding to the structure.
