The store comprises nearly 6000M2 floor area over 3 levels and includes fashion clothing, home goods, a Costa café and onsite parking for 167 cars. The new store is of modern construction with large glazed sections to the front elevation, stone and brick façade systems combined with ACM panels. The flat roof is made up of Kingspan Topdeck panels with SIKA TROCAL membrane. The product was recommended due to its thermal performance, airtightness and fire properties.
