This project is roughly 800,000 square feet and will require over 40,000 cubic yards of concrete in the superstructure. Baker’s contract included formwork, rebar installation, hoisting, and the pumping, placing, and finishing of all concrete. The parking garage podium rises 9 levels followed by a 40 story tower. typical floors consist of 13,500 square feet of slabs with alternating balconies on each floor, culminating with a roof top pool on level 48.
