Smart Axiata partnered with Capgemini to modernize its ERP backbone and streamline finance and procurement processes through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA®. This transformation upgraded Smart Axiata’s legacy SAP system into a scalable, cloud-based platform, improving efficiency, automating processes, and achieving cost savings. The project was completed in six months using Capgemini’s iCaptivate methodology, enabling the telecommunications company to enhance its digital capabilities, support business growth, and maintain competitiveness in Cambodia’s rapidly evolving market. The partnership continues to explore further improvements and innovation opportunities.
