SEAT, an automotive company, partnered with Capgemini to explore the transition to SAP S/4HANA logistics. The goal was to review SEAT's existing systems, identify challenges, and develop a transformation roadmap. Over 12 weeks, Capgemini analyzed SEAT's current three SAP systems, which had been customized over 15 years, leading to inefficiencies. After workshops and detailed analysis, SEAT and Capgemini created two transformation scenarios with roadmaps, outlining quick wins, process standardization, and industry best practices. SEAT now has a clear understanding of the steps required to move to the SAP S/4HANA platform.
