All of the roofs were in need of refurbishment and required a durable waterproofing system that could withstand the harsh conditions sometimes experienced in this coastal location. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS Each of the roofs presented a great deal of detail that would need to be waterproofed, including a large number of rooflights.
