Six Mile Creek Distillery Development Impact Analysis Henry County, Kentucky Hunden Strategic Partners (HSP) evaluated Patriot Brand’s application to the Kentucky Tourism Development Act (KTDA) to develop 160 acres of land off US Highway 421 into a distillery and visitor experience in rural Henry County, Kentucky. Patriot has owned the property since March 2016. The project will be known as Six- Mile Creek Distillery and will include the following elements: § Distillery and Rickhouse, § Visitor Center and Lodge, § Creek-side Tasting Room, § Log Cabin for special events and tours, § Gristmill, § Tree House Event Space, and § Manmade Lake.
