EMP AGENT: Stimpson Walton Bond Sir Humphrey Cripps Pavilion, Northampton Demolition of existing sport pavilion. Erection of temporary clubhouse and construction of a new 2 storey Sports Pavilion. The structure comprised a steel frame, precast ground floor slabs, composite first floor slab and pitched roof supported on glulam beams and rafters. External walls were a combination of masonry construction and cedar cladding. Facilities included changing rooms, physio room, clubroom and bar, kitchen, committee room, plant room, passenger lift, beer cellar and toilets and an external balcony was provided. External works comprised a new cricket scoreboard and paving as well as alterations to the existing car park and drainage. Project Case Study EMPLOYE
