External walls were constructed in facing brick and block cavity walls with feature arches and cast stonework detailing. The roof comprised a steel framed structure clad with PIB membrane coated seamed metal roof in weathered lead finish. Cupolas were incorporated within the roof design to provide gas flue and ventilation terminations.
