Vibrators and manual jogging of gates did not prove effective. THE SOLUTION To resolve the buildup and blockage issues, an efficient and effective system was designed consisting of one 2” VA-51 AirSweep installed on the bin just above the pant-leg, coupled to a MCA-45T solenoid valve, and a CBO 1-12 control box.
